HIG Transport (Haul It Girl Transport) is a woman-owned based business offering premium chauffeur and delivery service to locals and tourists in the Las Vegas metropolitan area.

We provide personal driver, comfort rides, and express delivery service including seniors, outpatient or post surgery transport, packages, errands, groceries, and documents with exception to weapons or illegal and contraband items or substances.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

Pricing is based on several factors including distance, time of day, and number of passengers. After you submit your trip request, we'll send you a detailed quote via email within a few hours.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time without penalty. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment can be made in advance or at the time of service. We'll provide payment instructions in your quote email. We also accept payments via CashApp, Zelle, and Paypal.

We can accomodate up to 3 passengers at this time. Please indicate the number of additional riders in your trip request form, and we'll arrange appropriate transportation for your group.

You must become a Verified Rider before ride requests will be granted. It's quick and easy. For our driver's safety, we request an image of your passport or state issued ID/Drivers License and a current photo be submitted to support@higtransport.com .Once received and processed we're happy to complete your ride request.

Children must be at least 18 years old to have their own Verified Rider Account and ride alone. However, teens aged 13–17 can ride unaccompanied specifically through a Rider Account linked to a parent/guardian. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult, and for young children, parents should bring their own car or booster seat.

Nevada law (NRS 484B.157) requires children under 6 years old AND less than 57 inches (4 feet 9 inches) tall to be secured in an approved child restraint system, such as a car seat or booster seat. Children under 2 must be in a rear-facing seat.
